Our S'mores Ice Cream Sandwiches are as good as they look and make for the most fun day of growing your baking and pastry skills! You'll make homemade graham cracker cookies and fluffy marshmallow to sandwich with your favorite ice cream before drizzling with chocolate shell and finishing with smoked sea salt. This kit makes 8 individual ice cream sandwiches.

1 stick of butter
1/4 cup of honey
2 egg whites
1-2 pints of chocolate ice cream
stand mixer or hand mixer
parchment paper
candy or probe thermometer
